Newbie

Good day all! My name is Marc from Montreal, QC Canada.

I am the proud owner of a 2004 silver S-Type R and a 1961 XK150.

Finally off of warranty and looking for upgrades. Where should I start? Obviously, this is for the R.

I meant the stuff that is currently being discussed in the performance thread! LOL. Still, what do you guys/gals normally do first when improving your vehicles? I've had so many cars in the past and am a little confused on where to start on this one...

I would say get mina gallery lowering springs, mina gallery exhaust, intake, new RIMS. Get 19" my 20s rub with four people in the car.The R is already soupedso if you want to get aftermarket parts you have to surpass the original parts in terms of brakes, rims, or engine work.

I did the intake first exhaust second then Pulley. everything from jagxp works great together. why did you wait till waranty was out?

^Thanks! I did what you recommended. I got the intake, clears and pulley upgrade from xp. Later, I'll ge the exhaust and chip upgrade to put me in the 460HP range....God, I love this car!!!

Yes, yes it does. I've owned some 30 cars in my life, Mercedes, Audi and BMW....this is the greatest one of them all. I wake up every morning with a smile on my face!!! Is there a place here where I can view other people's rides?

LOL. Come to Canada and I'll let you drive a couple. Gas is $6.00 a gallon here so they rarely come out of the garage any more (the Cuda costs around $50 a day to drive)...
