The model of your car in the scribe, or better still, in your signature, is MANDATORY for any communication anywhere in the world.
Please advise what car we are trying to fix, then the help will flow.
That is one looooooooong sentence up there. I had to stop for a breath or 2, and then sort out where you changed subject. I know I am OLD, and from a very different generation to most, but fair dinkum, some good old "punctuation etc" would help us all, PLEASE.

More common to earlier S Types, but have you looked in the spare tire area of the trunk for water? This has been recorded here many, many times. Water leaks into the trunk (boot) and that's where the major fuse/circuits are located.
Good luck and please follow up if this helps.

Well I haven't checked there yet but I got home from work the only issue now is my front windshield wipers don't turn off. Now I have lights, horn, and instrument panel lights up its. This is driving me crazy
Water in somewhere or chafed wiring would be my thinking. Maybe a bad relay (swap the equivalent ones around).

Ok this really is taking my patience but lights seem to work during the day but not at night. Also when I go to lock the doors the tail lights blink 5 times a short pause then 2 more times really confusing thanks for your help guys
After rereading op, all the things that don' t seem to work are up front.
There is a large wiring harness that is located rear mid engine just forward of the firewall. It houses most of the wiring that you describe. The mechanics had to have moved it to the point something is not connected any longer or not making connection. Again with the repairs you had them do, they HAD to move this around. It is also known to chaff wires.
The following is the best picture I could come up with, its the fat harness outlined in yellow:
