Default nos?

is there anybody out there running a nitrous oxide kit? i think that being the compression is 9.1 on the r's it would handle a 75- 150 shot easially... i use to run a vortec 8lb centrifigul supercharger on a 1987 mustang gt, and used compucar nitrous oxide 250hp dual stage kit on it also = 1 fast fo mf'r..... so the 4.2 has a beefy block and internals im thinking it would be ok????

One problem with the computerized cars is that the O2 sensor will read the richer mixture and try and lean it back down. On the OBDI's turning off the feed from the water temp sensor to the ECU would keep the engine in "open loop" and the mixture would not change.

I would say that the kit makers will have the answers that you need.

*Cough* Riski *Cough*

No more then 25 shot pre-blower is a safe place to start. Move up in incriments of 10.
If you are dead set on doing it I'd recommend a Venom kit or a ZEX kit. since it marries well with all of the electronics in the car.

Just make sure you are prepared for the expenses that come along with N2O
