Oh Dear
Well there you go! Almost look good on that lol. There again the poster im referring to is alot older and Lambo had gotten away from the swing up doors.

The swing-up doors first appeared on the original 1974 Countach and since that time they've always had a model with swing up doors. Countach->Diablo->Murcielago->Aventador. Not all their cars have them. The more recent Gallardo does not. Everything pre Countach did not.
But more importantly here is whether these aftermarket doors actually close properly without air whistles and water leaks. Plus, are the even safe in an impact?

The vertical door concept is lost on me for cars that are not designed to require a vertically opening door. I mean that's why the Lambo's had them, based on the design of the shell. Not because they thought they would look sweet.
I don't think Lambo tractors have vertical doors. But I'm sure there is someone out there working on that problem.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go put a body kit on my 1963 Wheel Horse.

Why would you want to 'De-Class' your car like that? The main thing about all these Jags is there Classic Style.
I think there would be much better things to fold your money into on a Jag.
For those of you who like to Screw up your cars like this....try putting your money into regular service instead of BS'ing the image of your car up..When i bought mine i was sure to take plenty of care of Whom, Owned the car before me, mine came factory clean on second owner, the First owner was a in Long Island NY, T'was bought under a Business name.
Very, Very clean.
Was very careful not to go to any Apartment's to View Jaguars.
Call me 'Prejudice' if you want to

The problem with vertical doors is they look stupid on anything other than the car they were designed for. Here is red neck Alberta Ive seen them on lifted F350's. And the "pimped out" 300 C's.
Just stupid, and like it was mentioned, are they even safe??

I fully support anyone's right to customize their vehicle to suit their taste. If the owner likes it, so be it. But we reserve the right to ridicule them!
That's my overall opinion on the matter.
I don't know if they are less safe as far as crash impact goes. Seems like they would be less safe as far as just trying to shut the dang thing when you sit down.

I dated a girl that had these on a Tibruon. After a few months she was asking me to put them back to stock. The doors never line up, wind noise on the freeway, the piston go bad quickly, just an all around POS. And this was a kit that cost $1,000.
I have found a video of the sort of person who puts lambo doors and spinners on their jag, it's the sort of person who puts dvd screens in the REAR head restraints (about half way through video) !!!!
