Default one of kind S-type on eBay...

Spotted this on eBay today...

What do you guys think? MKII inspired front and rear conversions... unique to say the least...

I honestly don't think the rear looks that bad. The paint scheme is a bit questionable, and the front and wheels are definitely not my style, though.

The old style tail lights and shaved door handles?

That seems a bit odd to me.

The cosmetic work looks great but the mileage is very high.

The rear is too short to make it look like that to me. The dimensions of the S-Type make it look weird.

The front doesn't do it for me, at all....

The grille is pushed too far out, the should have put the MK2 grill in the same spot as the stock S-Type one and just raked it back.

The rear looks pretty good, but it's missing the light in the middle

>The grille is pushed too far out

Agree, the grill is out of scale and is just too overwhelming.

>The rear looks pretty good, but it's missing the light in the middle

Disagree, the tail lights stick way to far out due to the integrated bumper. They look like a glued on after though. On the original car they are balanced by the chrome bumper that is also positioned outward from the body.

Overall I think they took a very pretty and classically styled design and mucked it up.

I do like the paint job, however, they should have left it at that...

Definitely unique and some high quality work but kind of answers a question no one is asking. The stock S-type is a classic and beautiful; this is just unique.

Agreed. I don't like this at all. Reminds me of the Fast N Loud episode with the Ferrari F40. I'm not a huge fan of the F40 aesthetics, but those Gas Monkey dudes on the show were acting like they were greatly improving a Ferrari in the looks department. Come on now.

Also needs a center hood spear. I have added one to mine and think it adds a classic touch.

A "center hood spear"? Is that a joke? I thought that perhaps a tomato plant stake had fallen off the garage shelf onto the hood....
