i was reading the JTIS and it says to re programe one touch up windows to close the window then hold up for 2 second then wait 2 secs then hold up for 2 secs then open window then try the one touch up.

Well i cannot for the life of me get it to work?

the one touch down works although this is only availible it seems on the driver window?

I THINK (but not sure) the one-touch up isn't programmed for UK cars - mine doesn't have it or the key-fob panic alarm. I think they are dealer programmable options.

I reckon we both got the same market stuff.

Our S has the one touch down on the drivers, and thats it. When I had the RHF door switch out for cleaning, there is only an additional "pad" for RHF down.

The X300 is exactly the same.

Well, this is coincidental! I've just come here to search the forums to try and figure out why the one touch has stopped working on my car!! Up until the weekend it was fine, now it just works for lowering the drivers window but not for raising it
I did disconnect the battery on the weekend and reset the EPB so I'm wondering if something happened then...

 

Mine seems to have the panic alarm on the fob... I know this because so far I've inadvertently set it off twice, both times after midnight! Whoops!

 

The panic alarm is definitely dealer programmable. Maybe you've got the windows too - have you done the 'all the way down, wait for a click, all the way up ditto' trick after reconnecting the battery?

I don't think the one touch up was introduced until after then 03 facelift as the safety clutches were not included in the drives.

 

Mine has one touch so sounds like it may well be only 2002.5MY-on.

I don't think so yours is the 4.0 so pre facelift.

MY OPINION (repeat, repeat), is to pack them off out of OZ, we really dont want/need this nonsense. I have no idea why they think this stuff actually interests the wider community, but then I rotate in a lesser world I suppose.

 

Regardless of whether royals or not I do think everyone is entitled to have their medical issues kept private unless they knowingly choose otherwise.

Send them to jail. Here it's a criminal offence just to attempt to do what was done.
