Default P0174 - Jag 2005 S - 3.0 Freeze Frame

I am thinking of buying this car and can't do any work before I buy. I have reviewed several post and was hopping with the information below maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
The car also needs tires and brakes it has been in one accident front end. This has been repaired. It a California Car so not rust.
With all this what is the car worth too? Anybody??

Are there any major problems to watch out for???

May be an air leak. Many many threads about them.

Could also be an exhaust leak before the first O2 sensor on bank 2. Usually the pipe to exhaust manifold. That was my issue - tightened it up and the code went away.
