Default P0628 05 s-type 3.0l

Car wont start. Checked power at main fuel pump on passenger side while cycling key on and cranking. No power. I have power at the inertia switch fuse. Either we have a problem with the rear electronic mondule in the right rear, pcm or alarm system is causing this. Thoughts?

yep! I found water under the rear seat in the corner where the main fuel pump is. It wasnt a puddle but the installation sheet that covers the pumps was soaked in that corner.

Water in the boot (trunk)?

If it won't start you almost always have codes other than P0628 - have you fixed that?

Boot=Trunk
Boot floor = bottom of trunk
(The bonnet is where you think the hood is, Wings have mistakenly been called fenders....and the "offside" is the side on which is mounted the "motheras seat" according to my kids when they were toddlers)
