Be aware that if you need a replacement throttle assy, you can use either 3.0 or 4.0 X200 throttle. (I don't think the X202 is compatible)
I just installed a used 2001 3.0 S-Type throttle on a 2002 4.0 S-Type engine today.
(I got it REALLY CHEAP)
The only difference is the coolant pipe for warming the throttle to prevent icing under certain circumstances.
The 4.0 has the coolant pipe in the manifold adapter and the 3.0 has the coolant pipe on the throttle itself.
I just bent the pipe ends so they would not interfere with the ones on the manifold. Bolted the throttle up and plugged it in!!!!!!!
DONE.
The 4.0 won't work on the 3.0 because there would be no coolant flow pipe on the 4.0.
It will function but it might 'ice-up'!!!

These people all with the same name (Charlie Allthumbs), seem to get around far too much and its always just before you buy a car. They need to be on permanent lockdown !! Don't forget the posts on the need to check-out your pads and discs; they don't last forever.
