Thanks a bunch! I dont like how the 05 and up STR's do not have fog lights. It looks as though they should be in there, and that you have a "lower" trim that doesnt come with them. The original black plastic inserts just didnt do it for me.

Not to mention the black plastic ones break real easy. I broke mine the other day and I was thinking about one of these grill kits.

Which one did you buy off the site, the pictures MINA has up don't seem to jive with the 05 STR. Did you buy the kit that says 08 S-type?

Thanks,
T.C.

Ya I was confused at first so I called Mina. Just order the one made for the 05, it shows one piece on the website but you will get the 3 pieces. Let me know if ya decide to get it. Thanks for the compliment btw.

Hi there,

I bought he same kit but didn't end up using the side pieces (only the middle).

How did you attach the side pieces? Drill a hole?

Cheers
MM

My mobile: you need to use needle nose pliers, and pinch the mesh together on the hole that the supplied screw is supposed to go through so the screw can't pop through. Take the panel off right next to where the fog light area is and squeeze your hand around with the supplied flat bracket. Simply screw them together. Make sure the bracket covers a good amount of the existing black plastic insert. Somewhat tough to explain, let me know if that makes sense. Yes I did keep the black rubber around the mesh. Car is black and is so snug against the body that you can't see the rubber molding.

Bull27, quick question..... where did you get your clear fender signal lenses from? I have only see them on minagallery for $80 or so, and I refuse to pay that. Any thoughts?

I got them ebay.uk, they have slot more jag stuff on there. I believe I paid 35-40US for them, then I sold my original orange ones on ebay for 15 bucks a piece. Worked out well!

first off, I forgot to compliment you. The grill makes a world of a difference. Second, I saw two types of side markers. Both are clear, however one appears clear frosted, while the other is crystal clear with a sort of chrome backing. Which one you recommend?

Not the chrome. Mine are smoked, either the smoked or crytal clear but make sure it will come with chromium bulbs that flash amber
