Instead of being so terse, such that people have to keep asking for more, you might consider posting more about what you did.

cylinders 1,2,3 are under the intake front to rear, 4,5,6 are on the drivers side front to rear.
I still think water may be getting down on either the electrical connector to the ECU and or the elect connector on the shock tower or where the harness runs behind the engine under the wiper cowl. I would run a garder hose over the windshield with the hood up and watch the water, where it goes and where and when does it repeat. Is there ANY other electrical issues other than the foglight?
