Castol Full sythetic Wix oil filter
Also 93 octane same station every week Fuel filter Wix
Densos

This is just what I use its pretty much what your preference is. Just use good quality parts, stick to the manufacture's specifications and you will be good. I will say never use a Purolator One oil filter. I ran one and they bottom out the threads and dont allow the gasket to seal and mine started to leak after about a week. So I only use Wix oil filters now and never had a problem since.

I thought this question looked familiar:

Don't expect unanimous answers on any these things- arguing over air filters or oils is a sure way to get a post locked.

Beaware if you are changing plugs that you need to remove the intake manifold as well to get to 2 of the plugs, which means you will need 6 upper intake (plenum) gaskets.
