Reliable repair in upper Manhattan/Bronx/Brooklyn

I need to get a new fuel pump or alternator because my car will not turn over. Can anyone recommend a good repair place for a Jaguar S-Type 2001 in Manhattan/Bronx/Brooklyn?

Can't help with repairer but maybe if you post engine etc info (see below) and a bit more detail about the fault we can help fix it / diagnose it. Commonly it's not either of the items you mentioned.

E.g. have you tried both / all 4 keys? What does happen? Any flash codes from the PATS light (see below also; top centre front of dash)? Does it start in N if not in P?
