Question restricted performance

I hope all is well at the forum, 03 str, bank 1 and 2 lean,no vaccum leaks, new ngk iridium plugs, fresh supercharger rebuild, upgraded jaguar pullies, belts and tensioners,k-n air filter. I think it is over boosting,i dont know, they seem to think the same. Would too high concentration of coolent cause a problem, would putting a larger dia supercharger pully slow it down?.She runs perfect and strong, will cut out if i try to down shift the auto trans. Will run at interstate speed, would be greatfull for any help, thanks so much and keep all jaguar.

Any OBD tool with live data will let you see LTFTs at idle & 2500rpm (in P or N). What are they?

You do probably have an air leak. Ignore ideas you posted until better diagnosis.

Great trouble shooting!

If possible could you post a picture? The plastic is getting old on all of our cars and you may be at the front end of a common problem.
