Hello
I just changed my DCCV on my 2004 S Type R and did a coolant change and thermostat change along with a bleed.I do see some steam comming off the car at times which i suspect is old coolant steaming.I cant find any leaks.When i did reconnect everything I got a restricted performance code due to leaving off the electrical plug in the engine breather tube.I plugged the connector back in and the code went away.The car is not overheating and appears to be running fine.The restricted performance code just came back on again.There was abit of old coolant left on the electrical connector plugged into the DCCV but it appears to be drying.
I have also had a trun signal indicator clip break so I have temporarly pushed the turn signal back into the body.
I have also removed the flap in the air box.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what is causing the Restricted perfomance Code?

BTW-I wanted to say thank you to all the folks who helped on the DCCV change.Rock Auto sells the YG 378 Motorcraft DCCV for $95.
