After turning the key to the off position, I can't seem to get the retained accessory option to operate. Don't know what else to do or think. I don't see anything addressing this issue. Any/all help would be appreciated.

 

Is it not covered in the handbook? May well be dealer-only if not. Asking them is likely free.
