s 139 upgrade???

s 139 upgrade???

I found a sticker in the door jamb of my 2000 s type that says s 139 upgrade performed in 01, anyone know what this is???

139 computer change

This is one of two modification . The other may be 120. I have the same 0nes on my 2000 s-type. All US cars had a change in the computer to help in the transmission shifting.
