Default Lowering S Type Compression Ratio

Hello all, I have a 2005 S Type 4.2 non supercharged. I was wondering if anyone knows of any ways to lower the compression or if anyone knows any links to forged parts that are lower compression. Will the forged parts from the str engine work in the na? I know if I want to do forced induction I have to beef up all the internals and lower the compression. I definitely know my way around the engine but can't find links for parts. If any of you guys know if the str components would fit that would be perfect, or if there is any aftermarket support. And buying an str is off the table😉. Thanks
