I need to replace my 2003 non HID S-Type headlamp assemblies. I am going to drop the bumper, etc. I can't seem to get to OEM electrical connector to separate. I have tried various pressure points that seem to make sense, but I'm afraid of breaking them. I know this shouldn't be that difficult. What's the trick?

 

Any ideas anyone? Is there a trick?

Drop the bumper fascia and remove all the fixing bolts first, then you can jiggle the light around enough to actuate the connector locking mechanism:
