Our cleaning lady came over today, she is from Brazil and speaks very little English, but when she walked in the front door she looked at my wife and said: "What happened to the Jaguar?". We had parked out Buick in front of the house today.


So, she obviously had noticed the Jaguar and knew is was something special

 

I am thankfull for the low retail price of the S-Type. That is what got me to buy my 2004 3 years ago.
Although I did and would only buy the 4.2 v8, I love the power it has and the fuel economy I get from it ( highway I get 37 mpg ).
I also have an '06 X-Type that I bought with only 35k on it for the winter. However the 3.0 litre does not come close to comparing with the 4.2 S-type.
I love driving the s-type much better.
I have also had absolutely 0 issues with either of mine as far as maintenance goes.
