Default S type Xenon headlights conversion

I am thinking about converting to Xenon headlights on my 2000 S-type, and would prefer to go with original headlights and ballast, if this will fit my car. Has anybody here done this before? What is required? Will the new headlights work with the original wiring?

I think there is a way to get it working - but would be complicated and better off leaving it to someone with a good knowledge of the electrics on this car.

I wanted to do the same myself. And ended up using a stock Xenon headlamp, but installing aftermarket xenon ballast and bulbs in so that they'd interface with the Halogen wiring.

Much simpler and safer

Hey there, I am very interested in the headlamps! Where are you located? And may I have them shipped to Canada?

Brutal's in Texas. PM him if you want to buy. I'd put the word "buy" in the subject so it gets his attention
