Looking to install a new head unit (for satellite radio and navigation) and I'm looking at the PIONEER AVIC-X930BT (FRYS.com | PIONEER).
I don't have Nav right now, just the stock stereo with Alpine speakers. What all do I need for this install? I took a look at the ChrisSTR thread, so I know that I'll need a new amp as the factory amp won't talk to an aftermarket head unit, so I had a few questions:
What kind of amp should I use? (2 channel, 3 channel, 4 channel... etc etc)
What wiring harness do I need to connect the head unit to the stock wiring?
Can I still use the steering wheel controls?

I'm sure I'll come up with more questions, but this is all I have for now! If all this has been answered in another thread, I apologize but I couldn't find it. Thanks in advance!!
