Seat Controls need replacing

Seat Controls need replacing
I need to replace the seat control switches on the passenger seat of my 2005 S-Type. To do this I have to remove the plastic cover to the front and side of the seat. Does anyone have a description of the method to remove this cover? I don't want to force it off, knowing if I do I'll break something.
