Hi Tom,
Other than trying to find a new 'old stock' seat of the same model, which I'm guessing would be very expensive even if not impossible. Your best options might be to check out the car breakers in your area, or on eBay, who will sometimes market the seats if they're in good condition.
The only other option would be to get the existing seat repaired by a custom trim shop that is accustomed to matching leather quality and colour - but that too can be expensive.
