Seeking opinions on this deal
Hi everybody. I am about to purchase a 2001 S-Type 3.0 with 31,200 miles. This vehicle includes the power/memory package. The car had one owner. Ray Catena Jaguar in Oakhurst, NJ is selling the car for $16,795, including a two-year, 24-month exclusionary warranty. The car has four new tires and new front and rear brake pads. Carfax is clean.
I am fairly certain this is an absolutely fantastic deal! Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds good....and the price sounds right....my only question is why were the tires replaced at only 31K miles...I have about the same miles on mine and tires are fine....
And what is an exclusionary warranty?
