Yup. Looks like someone over torqued several of the bolts previously. Had to look closely to see, but there are several that are like this. That is almost the exact spot where the other one snapped. Will definitely be replacing all of them with new. Still haven't had time to mess with the broken one (it's been pissing rain every moment that I have had free), but I've got new replacements ordered and on the way.

As for the corrosion that I mentioned it is only on the exposed portions of some of the bolts near the front passenger side. It looks as if there was a coolant leak there previously that did not get properly cleaned up after (there is quite a bit of residue splashed around in that area). Most likely unrelated, but I will be cleaning up the threads before I install the new bolts anyway.
