Default Start Up Rattle

https://m.youtube.com/shorts/ttkzekjENek
The rattle is inconsistent.. most of the time it rattles but sometimes it doesn’t. Only rattles for a second and goes away. No sounds when driving. Only start up.
This is the only video proof I have of the sound. I heard maybe my timing chains or going. I’ve already heard about the solenoid but I’m told the 03’ STR doesn’t have a VVT solenoid.
My car is a 2003 Jaguar S Type R
And I have around 117k miles. The car has been ratting for over 3K miles
I use the original Castrol Oil for my oils changed and Jaguar filter.
PVC valve and PCV are new (Someone suggested that for some reason).
Pleas Help. I think I made a thread before.

I actually cannot hear any rattle...
Thus, I can say only this:
I did have a start-up rattle (for about 10 sec at first start). I thought without investigating that is must be the well known timing chain guides, etc.
I swapped all that (and made a thread about that).
But the rattle was still there.
Actually only then I started to investigate, i.e. I opened the bonnet and held a big screwdriver only various points, while I had my ear on the grip of the screwdriver...
I found it: It was a catalyst! In one of then the entire interiour honey-comp structure had broken off internally.

Thus, try to find the location of the rattle by using a big screwdriver - as above - while someone else starts the car.

It’s at 2 seconds. Please turn the volume up and put the phone to your ear. I hear it easily. I’m not trying to be rude I just know I can hear the flutter/rattle sound.

It’s interesting you say that because I believe oke of my cats aren’t good. I just always felt that way. I may get new one’s or uprated 200 cell. Was it consistent everytime? The rattle. Also mine isn’t for 10 seconds, more like 1

And thank you for responding.

At 2 sec I hear something, which sounds like air-bubbles hitting a water-surface from underneath. I don't know, what that could be on a car - the only time I ever heard something like that on a car was on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (I don't want to be funny here - it really sounds like it...):

Look for "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Theme Song" on youtube - I tried to copy the link here, but it did not work.

My rattle caused by one of the catalysts was nearly every first start-up of the day - or after many hours of being parked even a second time on the same day. I found out that it was the catalyst with the screwdriver pressed onto the catalyst with the metal end and the handle on my ear.

What type of oil filter is installed? Some aftermarket oil filters don't have a valve to stop the filter draining whilst the engine is off.

We spoke before, I was using the MANN filter and I was using Liquid Molly, prior to our conversation. Next lil change I used a Jaguar Oil Filter (White with green decals) and the OEM Castrol oil. Still makes the noise.
