Stype 2.5 v6 2002 Misfire Cylinder 5

I have engine misfire and DTC codes p0305 and 1316 the attached is the scan tool output for all sensors and graphs for O2.
can someone please help me to understand why does O2 sensor 1 bank 1 is fluctuating? I have replaced all sparks plug and bank 2 coils as had DTC p0300 after replacing got the existing p0305.

N.B. I have removed the catalytic converter from bank 1 as got clogged until sort out the misfire problem.

With no cat, at least the back pressure, EGR, O2 will be wildly wrong and I suspect the PCM just cannot cope.

I would give up wondering and instead fix what clearly needs fixing.
