Hi Scott,
In the 1st post of the main thread I tell more about my background and the kits as well, but in short I am doing this not as a business it's pure as a hobby. I'll send a pm.

Hey guys, i actually purchased a 1.5 pound pulley from Mina but i would prefer to order a smaller belt also. I know that it says that the stock belt will work without slippage but i am still a little worried about it. Did anyone else switch belt sizes? I'f so, can you please help me with the belt size? & i'f not, have you had any issues with slippage on the smaller pulley? Thanks guys (03 STR)

you will have no issue with a 1.5 pulley and belt slippage . mine never slipped with the stock belt or the dunlop gator back stock upgrade belt .

until my supercharger coupler broke , and the extra back lash caused some slippage , until that was repaired ,
interestingly the stock 4.0l supercharger belt = (Gates 8pk1310xs) , is the next size down from 4.2l , AFAIK it will fit over a 3.0 pulley but not a 1.5.
so i don't think you can. .

Thanks, this is still great news to me. Did you have to have any tuning done afterwords or did you just notice the extra power and keep on going? Also, were any other adjustments needed or was it only swapping out the pulley? Thanks for the help.

Not many guys have done it but don't forget about the lower pulley for increased boost?
Of course the M112 is about at it's limit anyway but they do offer them still.

Lower Pulley

wow, that is nice, this is the first time ive seen that. 2nd time that ive seen companies saying that there is a special tool required to get the stock super charger pulley off. Is that true? When i ordered the pulley & the air intake, i didnt think about the fact that i might not be able to get mine off lol. Did anyone here get their stock pulley off without the special required tool?
