Default taking the cylinder head

hi, i`m taking the cylinder head off my 2003 2.5l s-type.
: can you please help me with the following info:
1. head bolts tightening torque and pattern.
2. limit value for cylinder head surface distortion.
3. how much i can take off the head with the surface grinder.
4. what is the maximum length for head bolts (limit value) -- to change if exceeded

thanks in advance.

There's a very detailed thread telling you how. Have you followed it and then requested help on that thread if it failed for you?

You are getting pretty deep inside your engine. I would not take anything apart until you have solved and installed the JTIS and the JEPC. You taking a huge risk if you do not!!

I think the language barrier might be the cause but the head needs to be machined flat. You are not going to use a grinder? Right?

He's right a surface grinder would be the tool for the job.
