Dear Team,
i am looking to buy an S type R 2006 supercharged, however it goes on fails safe mode after trying for about 30 minutes, kindly check the report and let know how bad it is and what exactly is the problem, and can it be fixed and the engine has to be overhauled?

I had a lean code for one bank only. It turned out to be loose bolts attaching the downpipe to the exhaust manifold. I tightened them up and the LT trims returned to a normal range and the lean code did not return.
This part of the exhaust is before the first 02 sensor. It was fooled by air entering the system at the downpipe/manifold. The bolts are easy to reach with a ratchet extension of about 18".
