Default There are some things that really give you a dose of the squirts

Last few days the Black Terror has had this odd "click, click, click" noise while travelling at low speed. Coming from the RHF wheel.

Sounds just like a stone in the tread noise.

Off with the wheel. Nope, no stone.

Pads out, recently replaced, so back to what you last did is always a good path to take, ALL sweet, nothing loose, or out of whack. No strange rub marks, nothing.

Wheel back on, rotated by hand, and there it is, but what the hell is it?.

Brake shields all good, bugga.

Took a break, Necta of the Gods consumed, BBQ cooked and consumed, clear head, so back to the RHF wheel.

Lug nuts off again, rattle noise as I dropped them on the deck, NAH, could not be that, surely. Stole 2 nuts from the X300, wheel back on, SILENT.

I have read about these 2 piece lug nuts and breakage issues, but this rattle/click did not come up at all.

Looking for a set of new style nuts tomorrow whilst at work.

I've seen it mentioned before but might have been the UK forum. It's rare (as yet).

Usually the two piece nuts don't last long enough to start rattling and clicking.
