Default Trade one problem for another

So I have a broken jag lug nut and I ordered the Dormann. Got them in and switched all of them out but I noticed the factory lugs are really rusty and some of the lug nuts were difficult to get on even with lots of WD40. So, I get to the back, driver side and I'm taking a lug nut off when the lug actually breaks! The LUG breaks while taking OFF a lug nut!?!?!? Nuts.

Are these pressure fit lugs? Hoping so because it would be easier to knock them out and and squeeze the new ones in....

Here's a pic of the lug broken in the factory lug nut and the Dormann lug nut:

Probably been overtightened.

I think they just knock through (or possibly unscrew) - which of course you can't do in the more common situation of not being able to get the nuts off.

Yes, they are pressed in studs..

If you do a quick search, or check the FAQ, there was a thread a while back where a user replaced theirs. Sorry, I don't remember where it was off hand...

So I ordered the full lot of these (20 qty). Might as well just change them all. Couldn't find the write up so I'll take pics and follow up on here.
