Does anyone know how many litres of transmission oil a 2007 Jaguar S-Type R needs?
I have an oil pan leak and want to replace it

It's the ZF 6HP26 and there are detailed posts already of the parts to buy & change, including how much & what kind of oil (e.g. Mercon SP) if you look.

It sounds like you are having issues with your transmission. How about giving us a bit of the back story on the problems presented, as many can be cured without a full transmission overhaul. Also, how do you expect us to "guestimate" cost and turnaround when we don't even know where you are located?
