Trying to change Electrical Portion of Key Swithc 03' STR HELP
Making use of this warm weather this afternoon.
Gus Sent me an all data diagram of getting the key switchout, but it is not very accurate.
This car seams to have two curved backets RIVETED to the lower dash panel, which does not appear to be removable.
I have the removable lower dash panel off, the steering wheel OUT position, and there is not looking to be enough room to get in and change this.
IS THIS DONE FROM ABOVE with the dash bezel removed?
Quick suggestions appreciated

Removing the lower steering column cover in addition, and the column in the UP position, provides enough room - WITH GREAT TWISTED CONTORTIONS OF FINGERS AND WRISTS, to get the wiring plug out, and then the electrical portion of the switch.
I had the radio out to see if that improved access, it lets you see things, but probably wasn't helpful once you take the lower column cover off.
New switch is in, band-aids on the hands well see what happens to the battery now!

I know we haven't spoken in quite a while, I emailed you something yesterday - just wondering if you email is the same.
Good luck with the car.
Take care,

Been away and transferred to a new blackberry Torch, So I did not have my email setup, activated, authenticated, blessed, etc etc.
Saw your email when I logged into my desktop searching for the diagrams on the keyswitch removal which Gus Sent me. But didn't have time to read.
Got JTIS running on my XP Tablet tonight, looking at my EGR Flow malfunction issue - Looks like kind of a pain to remove and inspect the EGR tube/Gaskets - have to pull cooling lines off and remove throttle body.......
May pull front rotors off for machining.
Kind of have a list of projects, not driving it now as I have a Grand Caravan for the winter.
