Ugh Gearbox Fault

Hey everyone,
I'm pretty new to the forum, I own a 2003 3.0 Stype and I was wondering if anyone knows why this gearbox fault message comes up? Will this a problem that will cost me a lot of money to fix? I had this come up last winter, and now that its winter again, it has returned [:@]. Its bothering me since I just recently had my transmission flushed and all the fluid replaced.. which cost a pretty decent amount. I just got the car back and don't want to take it back to the shop ugh.. The last time this gearbox fault came up I kept driving until it came up gearbox failure. I restarted my car and it returned to gearbox fault. I took it to some mechanics and they couldn't figure it out, so I kept driving and it just went away. That was when my car about 60,000 miles on it. Now im at 80,000 and am wondering what it could be. Its irriating me and I just want to fix it for good. Any suggestions? I even considered a transmisson rebuild... but would rather not.
Thanks Everyone!,
Randy
