Default Uneven brake pad contact

I just replaced my front caliper, new rotors and pads. There does not seem to be full contact of the brake pads to the rotor. So the outside/top part of the rotor is shinny and the inside/near the hub half is "dirty" and you can tell there is no pad contact. Any ideas?

If you 'just' changed them, possibly they are not fully bedded in yet. Did your garage give you the instructions on how to do this?

I am the garage The calipers came loaded and on the web site it stated the pads were bedded at the factory. I thought that was odd, I'm not really sure how that would work. I guess I will go through the proccess and see what happens.

This happened when I replaced my rotors and pads on my S-type. After a few hundred miles the problem resolved itself.
