Has anyone on the Forum bought/used one of these units?Are they worth the money?

 

The techs probably have and IDS is good but of course you need more than just the VCM. I believe the real ones are sold by spxtools but the ebay ones tend to be clones and may or may be illegal / not work.

 

I have bought one from x431, it's a clone and it has many problems
There is in China only one hardware producer, so all the clones are the same
The software is a cracked version of the original
But it has many problems, now we are facing problems recoding new modules
We will try to go to a dealer next week to try to understand how solve the matter
