Default water pump and thermostat replacement

Im working on the timing chain and tensioners and I was wondering should I change the water pump and thermostat also? Its has 180k on the odometer

If it were me, I would, at that mileage, especially while you're doing the other work.

I'd change the accessory belt, too.

Yes to both! The original thermostat inlet is plastic, as are the water pump impeller blades, if I'm not mistaken. Just like the tensioners, newer generation replacements are actually better designed. New hoses and belt as well - which would hold true for ANY car!

Depends on model - unstated by OP! - some are metal.
