Default What is this bracket for

I have finished replacing my valve cover gaskets with research into 10 mm by 150 threads bolt hole from the drivers side head next to my number 3 cylinder. I ended up putting a fine thread bolt into the hole so the spark plug won’t be soaked in oil again. However, I have an extra bracket I can’t figure out where it goes or what it’s for? Has anyone got an idea where this goes, pics enclosed. Oh my kitten is a 2003 Jaguar S Type with a 3.0 L V6. Thanks!

That bracket is a protection device for the fuel rail on the back of the engine.
If the engine is pushed into the bulkhead during a collision, the bracket is 'supposed' to prevent a fuel leak.

Thanks, I see it now. Have to unbolt intake and manifold bolts to get it in. Don’t remember taking it out but I have been at this project for way too long.

That stupid bracket was a pain to deal with when working on the intake manifold. I fought many of them!
