What sick twisted mind designed that Headlight Bulb holder

Good lord I spent an hour and I still couldn't get one of those sharp tiny ends pushed into that tiny hook inside that tiny space of a headlamp housing. Am I doing something wrong? Is it really this hard??!! Maybe I've bent a hook, sure wish I had enough room to let a light beam get through.
Beer me barkeep. And be quick.
I agree.
Tried mine, HELL NO.
Arthritis in the fingers/wrist does not help.
Eventually one of the plastic adjusters let go, lamp went all loose and floppy, WHOOPEE. Much alcohol consumed.
Watched that video, very informative, but not for me now, too old and grumpy.
Got a repair kit for both headlamps, took it to a Crash Repairer, and $100 later, new adjusters, polished covers, new bulbs all done.
Perused his XJ-C V12 (1976), and the other 6 Jags he has tucked away, and consumed too much beer, so taxi home and collected the car next day.
