Default What's missing?
I guess it is the satnav drive that is missing but what is the thing on the top?

The item on top is the 'premium sound' amplifier.
Yes the NAV unit goes in the gap.
It is the NAV unit that controls the touch screen, including providing the RGB video signal.
The voice control and phone/bluetooth units, if you have them are mounted behind the carpet.
