Where to start with these codes? Thanks... 2003 Stype 3.0 the later motor

Look them up to see all the possible causes - free downloads oon this site and JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource
I'd fix the P1647 in a hurry and drive the car not at all until then because you may otherwise write off one or both catalysts.
You can also use Search on each and do reading for free

It looks like you have issues going on with both banks.
You have not mentioned how many miles are on the car, but at a minimum, I would swap out the coil-packs and spark plugs on the passenger's side of the engine, bank 1, and then see how that impacts the situation. Please use OEM quality parts (not no-name parts from the PRC) and let us know how you are getting along with trouble-shooting the problems.
BTW, if you are going to remove the intake manifold, new gaskets/seals are obligatory and new IMT seals are a good idea while the manifold is removed from the car...

Also, some more background history would help. Have you had this car for a while with no issues, or is this a derelict project you're trying to resurrect? I ask because it is very unusual to have so much act up at one time. I'm curious about when all these issues started showing up.
An ignition issue is the most likely culprit. Check the spark plug wells were the coils fit. If your cam cover is leaking, oil can collect there and affect multiple coils at once.
Nobody has mentioned it yet, but if the check engine light is flashing, do NOT continue driving. The flashing light is meant to get your attention that you have a problem severe enough to melt your catalytic converters, a very expensive proposition.

Coils, battery... always a good thing to check
This car eats low or mid quality coils for breakfast. Only days after replacing all eight, my codes were back.
Its not too hard to change the coils, so I might consider getting some high end coils and see if that helps the situation.
Here is a link to an epic long thread about my mid-adventures that were fixed with a new battery and good coils.
Please do not ignore the advice of other members about certain codes that may damage your catalytic converters, they are pricy!
