2000 S-Type 3.0, V6 Jaguar

Is that what it is called? Is there anther name for it? It is the part to which the two windshield wipers attach that runs along the bottom of the windshield. Apparently, I need to replace it as one of my windshield wipers fell off (driver's side), and this is what the auto body shop told me. I live in Mexico, and they don't know the name of the part!

Is it an interchangeable part with any other model car? Reason I ask is that I can only find "one" under that name when I do a Google on it. I don't want to find out that I have to buy another car because I can't fix the windshield wiper!
