Does anyone know it the wood set from a US model VDP 2005 on (Walnut) will fit in a 2003?

Do you mean S-type VDP ? If so ,
i have seen the titanium from an 06 s type ,
retrofitted to an 03 . It must be possible.

 

Yes the US edition VDP S-Type that came with the Walnut trim. I know someone with an 03' V8 that want's to switch to Walnut, and was just trying to find out if they are the same--the instrument trim piece in particular. I wasn't sure if the wood design was revised when they switched to the round dials.

Is there a lot involved in the swap, many things to remove first or just prise off and replace?
Mine is very pale and I would like to walnut it.

 

I have not removed the wood. From what I have read all pieces except for the trim above the glovebox is simple to remove. The piece above the glove fellow member tbird did a DIY how to with pictures AIR. May be he'll see this and chime in.
