Default H&R or VAP lowered f type r photos ???

Hi all,

ive been looking around in the attempt to find a comparison between the two springs mentioned for my F type V8R but I’m coming up empty. Could any of you guys help out with photos please. I’ve lowered almost all my cars so I’m used to a noticeable drop but I don’t want to regret going with the 35mm drop of the H&R’s if it’s going to enter boy racer territory too much.

I’ve seen the VAP before and after but it was the H&R’s that I really wanted to put along side. I think I prefer the H&R but I honestly would go for something between the two if it were available, say a 28mm drop.

Those are the right ones for an R and a good deal, but not out of the question. I paid $335 for mine delivered, so with freight, about the same as what you are paying. Retailers have a huge markup on the H&Rs so the deals are really good online.

Thanks for the replies guys, I’ve just ordered those springs so will get them fitted in a couple of weeks as I’m on holiday next week.

I have H&R's on mine and it's truly a great thing. The ride is definitely stiffer, but it got rid of almost all of the body-roll feeling. Plus it makes the car have a more aggressive stance. No regrets.
