Default Help with finding OEM wheel centers

Hi All,

Can you help me find the OEM wheel centers part number for my 2008 XKR?

I see the cheap knock knock offs from China on eBay. But I want to find an OEM replacement part.

I attached a picture to post.

The easiest place to buy them is at the dealership.

There are a number of dealers that wholesale parts to members of the Forum and/or Jaguar owners in general. First look up dealer under suppliers at the top of this page. If that doesn't help then look for the dealer located in Reno Nevada Wholesale Jaguar parts. You will need the part number of what you are looking for; but that is your best and easiest bet.

It is an old design. The P/N for that colour and style (black background, small font with Jaguar script) is C2D9611

Beware that many aftermarket suppliers of Chinese copies also use the Jaguar P/N for identification so it is no guarantee of originality. As I recall the OE ones are manufactured in Italy for Jaguar.

One source of the genuine article is forum member GrowlerJaguarParts (Kevan Hughes) in the UK. Big discount on manufacturer's price so it could be worth the shipping cost.

GROWLER PARTS - XK8 & XK

For clarity, I will add that I have absolutely no connection with Growler Parts other than as a satisifed customer. I've had a few sets of wheel centres from Kevan and he supplied me with a set of the current red style for my XK last year.

Default Fake - Not Genuine OEM Jaguar

They don't fit as tightly as the genuine cap, but that's easily remedied with a small piece of black electrical tape around the tabs. Buy from a Jaguar dealer to be sure they're genuine. If they don't fit tightly, they're fake so return them.

I think most get them from parking garages, you mostly will be nicking your own back.

The Chinese caps also fade quickly, while the OEM don't.

My knock off //R's are doing very well. Needed to heat the tabs with a heat gun and bend them outwards. Otherwise they still look factory nice.
