Default Sourcing rear seat belt buckles for '84 XJ6

Hi folks, I'm looking for some help regarding rear seat belt receptacles for my 1984 XJ6.

A year ago I found my existing buckles had damaged red buttons due to age, and pressing on them caused them to crumble entirely.

I picked up a replacement set from a kind gentleman parting out Jags in Canada, but unfortunately the ones he sold me don't fit - likely, they are for the bayonet style buckle, not the flat slotted style.

Does anyone know where I can source a set of rear receptacles/receivers that accept the flat slotted buckle? Or, is there an alternate available from another vehicle (domestic or import) that would work?

I supposed I could remove my belts and take them down to the junkyard to check what's compatible, but that's a lot of guesswork...

Before you ask, I already checked with EverydayXJ's inventory, doesn't look like David has any.

Actually, Jaguar classic parts still have quite a few in stock. Also there are loads on UK Ebay, this is an XJS search; but the items are almost certainly the same:
