Hi - I need to replace the O-Ring gasket where the reservoir connects to the motor. It's currently leaking and it seems to be the O-Ring gasket. Where can I find one?
You won't get one from Jaguar.
The Hood Lift Pump is sold as an assy.
Individual parts are NSS. (Not Sold or Serviced Separately)
Remove it and 'match-it-up' with an equivalent?
Take the reservoir off…clean everything well to remove all existing oil with a compatible solvent…then, smear a light coating of automotive RTV sealant on the outer surface of the rubber O-ring and reassemble. Should work unless the ring is/was physically damaged. There is really no pressure on the fluid inside at anytime.

Good luck!

Thank you Brian! I will try this!
