Driver’s side rear window does not go down when convertible top goes down. Passenger side is fine. Where do I start?

 

Start by checking that current is going to and from the relay for that window.

Search the forum. This is a common problem. I have a good post on it with pics.

Short answer is getting a long screwdriver will allow you to tap on the motor housing. That will get it to work for at least a short while.

Long answer is removing the motor, and taking it apart to see what the problem is. It, most likely, can be fixed.
